Frequently Asked Questions

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your slot is only confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment.
Trial fees are non-refundable and not adjusted toward the final booking. Trials help finalize your look — additional changes or multiple looks may be charged extra.
This service includes makeup only. Hairstyling is not included. Hijab styling is available at an additional cost. Minor assistance like jewellery or dupatta setting may be provided.
Ideally 2–6 months in advance, especially for bridal bookings.
Deposits are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability). Cancellations within 24 hours will require full payment. Late arrivals may lead to reduced service time or cancellation.
Travel within 5 km is free. Beyond that, charges apply per kilometer. Out-of-town bookings will have separate travel costs depending on the location.
Photos/videos may be taken for social media only with your permission — your privacy is always respected.
